Password Lookup

If you can't remember your password, use this form to look it up. Enter the Mailing address/postal code you entered when you logged into Logware (this was in the My Account settings). Then enter your email address. If we find a match, we will tell you and send an email with the Username and Password.

(If you have spam protection, the email being sent has a subject line that reads 'Logware: Lost Account Information'.)
